* 경력: 5 ~ 10년
 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- 리간드/구조 기반 분자 모델링 연구 수행 (Ligand docking, Molecular dynamics)
- 내부 신약개발 프로젝트의 Hit/Lead 도출 및 최적화 업무 수행
 

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 학력: 학사 이상
- 전공: 계산 화학, 화학정보학, 의약 화학, 생물물리학 등 관련 전공자
- Ligand-/Structure-based virtual screening 을 통한 유효물질 (hit) 도출 경험
- Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation 을 통한 단백질-리간드 상호작용 분석 경험
- 공공 화합물 데이터 베이스 활용 (ChEMBL, PDB 등) 및 인공지능 방법론을 융합한 예측모델 개발 경험
- Free energy perturbation (FEP) 유경험자 우대 (Gromcas, Amber)
