* Reports to: Senior Manager, People and Business Partner APAC

* Location: Seoul Gangnam


[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Work with hiring managers as a Talent Advisor across the full life cycle of a hire ,to turn approved headcount requisitions into outstanding talent for our business

- Identify and screen industry leading talent using innovative direct sourcing methods, including advanced internet searches, job boards, resume banks, social media, and professional organizations.

- Prescreen candidates, compile interview notes and make recommendations to Hiring Managers – coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process

- Keep abreast of market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates

- Support a diverse workforce and comply with local policy and procedures

- Gather candidate feedback after interviews to enable further discussion and action items, including hiring recommendations

- Maintain all applicants and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.

- Work with the global Talent Branding team to increase Company awareness within your target talent pools

- Participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects and open requisitions across the broader business when needs arise

- Identify and manage a portfolio of agency vendors to support sourcing activities

- Support other HR tasks such as offers, payroll admin, new hire onboarding, termination processes, coordination of employee training & annual health check-ups, Employee Handbook updates etc.


[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Must have: Extensive experience recruiting for enterprise sales roles in a technology organization.

- Experience working with multiple hiring managers to develop a compelling story for candidates and execute effective recruitment strategies

- Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage up to 15 open positions.

- Have a passion for all things recruitment to ensure the highest level of Manager service and Candidate Experience

- Strong influencing, analytical, and problem solving skills; must be able to influence hiring managers to change course where you feel this is necessary

- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to form relationships across all levels of the organization, including Leadership

- Strong knowledge of Social Media tools, and be familiar with mobile digital tools for recruiting

- Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Ensures a professional customer focused interaction both internally and externally

- Command of native Korean (read/write/speak) with business level English

- Bachelor's degree required with 8 years of experience, or equivalent years of experience in the life sciences industry and/or medical/clinical operations.

- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum 8 years of direct experience of in-house staffing or recruiting for a recruiting firm

- Full-cycle recruiting experience, with a majority being at a high-growth technology or life sciences company

- Some experience as a HR Generalist and strong knowledge of Korea labor laws and other local regulations / practices is preferred.

- Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools (We use Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter).

- Knowledge of the Life Sciences (CRO, Pharma, BioTech) Industry is an advantage, but not essential

- LinkedIn Recruiter Certification a plus or you must be an expert LinkedIn Recruiter user (i.e. Boolean expert, Projects, Tagging).
