[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Responsible for Talent acquisition including office and store employees

- Facilitates effective performance management process

- Implement salary admin (merit, promotion, adjustment)

- In charge of submitting relevant HR reports/analysis to management and HQ, both on monthly and on ad hoc basis

- Advise managers on resources planning and manpower allocation to cope with the business growth

- Assist to organization development, facilitate growth of company culture and maintain positive employee and labor relations and communications

- Plan and monitor headcount and budget

- Provide the advice about ER, HR policies/guidelines and C&B planning to HQ HR and Korea HR team 

- Plan and execute training and development activities

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- 5+ years' hands-on HR generalist experience including Talent Acquisition or Training & Development, payroll or HR Operations or C&B or ER

- Experience in consumer (cosmetics/apparel/footwear/fashion) and retail industries

- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and attentive to details

- Passion to drive initiatives and implement policies

- Adapt to environmental changes with flexibility

- Have capability to build good relationship with every stakeholder both for internal and external

- Proficiency in both English and Korean
