[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for commercial team promoting 2 nephrology and 1 rare disease brands
- Lead commercial team including 2 PMs and 1 sales manager (nationwide 9 sales reps)
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to accelerate growth of brands
- Set the financial targets and ensure to meet the target/budget through performance monitoring with key metrics
- Collaborate with Korea and overseas partner aligned with global strategy
- Build and maintain profitable partnership with internal/external stakeholders for brands success
- Support market access team to expand brand reimbursement scope
- Enhance commercial teams’ capability and competency
- Report to Franchise Head
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- +10 yrs sales & marketing experience required
- People management experience required
- Product launch experience preferred
- Productive communication skills (Korean and English) required
- Solid financial sense required
- Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs) required
- Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with internal/external stakeholders
