A global leading foreign chemical company is seeking a ‘Building Constructions Material Sales Specialist'

as follows;

* Job Title: Building Construction Material Sales Specialist
* Position: Kwajang Level
* Gender:  Male or Female
* Location:  Seoul (Gangnam)

[DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Call on distributors, main contractors, architects, curtain wall consultings, and building owners to sell

a complete line of performance sealants and silicone products for construction industry
- Develop short and long term sales goals in designated sales territory
- Manage and grow current business while developing new customers and new opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with target customers and influencers
- Lead collaborative sales effort utilizing internal technical experts to solve application issues at

customers
- Capture opportunity and voice of customer for innovative product/solution development
- Provide and guide application expertise to market and customer
- Win business from competitors through superior service and technical support
- Communicate sales progress and key customer contacts and management

[QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS]
- B.S. degree required; prefer Construction Engineering, Chemistry,or related Science/Technical degrees
- 5+ years of experience within construction industry (Curtain wall, façade system and building envelope

etc.)
- Industry expertise or existing relationships within construction industry is preferred
- Prior experience with chemical distribution and logistics coordination is a plus
- Understanding of a consultative, problem-solving and solutions selling
- Strong competitive drive and clear track record of high achievement
- Work independently with time management and prioritization skill
- Good interpersonal and team working skill
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (Korean/English)
- Valid driver's license
- Competency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required
