[RESPONSIBILITIES] 

-  Support CHRO in executive decision making for promotions/offers and in delivering key messages to the employees

-  Lead Organizational Effectiveness: Drive organizational effectiveness through their business acumen; knowing what information is relevant, analyzing the data, acting upon the analysis and feeding into the business decision making process.

-  Partner to hire with managers to understand business needs

-  Share talent market trends and size pipeline needs

-  Source, attract & qualify the best candidates using the best recruitment channels and selection tools

-  Ensure a great candidate experience all along the recruitment process

-  Run efficiently and with accuracy Talent Acquisition process and tools

-  Report and learn from data and KPI’s to suggest improvements of user experiences and enhance our talent acquisition processes and policies

-  Ensure strong delivery of Welcome Events and that the Corporate onboarding process is delivered regularly

-  Ensure a great candidate journey, including the creating, extending and negotiating of offer letters and contracts, and new employee onboarding

-  Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions, consult with managers on hiring process, candidate pool and offers.

-  Ensure proper administration of candidate assessments, candidate movement and candidate dispositioning through the screening process.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition/HR

- Experience of developing and implementing HR strategies at local level to support business

- Ideally have a minimum of 7 years HR experience with at least three years as HRBP or HR generalist role

- Good command of English communication
