[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Implementation, Integration and Digitalization of Group Procedures / Requirements

(Process)

- Liaise with necessary Group Departments (Internal Control, Risk, etc...) on Group requirements. 

- Draft Asia procedures in consultation with relevant departments. Support entities/departments to implement the procedures. 

- Support on the digitalization and efficiency upgrade of the processes. 

- Participate in the Asia integration procedure. 

- Support in management of the Delegation of Authorities. 

- Ensure Group and Asia rules/requirements are clarified and communicated to all related parties. 

- Support training and seminars for communicating procedures and policies. 

Participate in internal audit & investigation

(Audit)

- Support Group Internal audits (Japan, Korea) (post-acquisition audits, internal control audits) and assist entities in the preparation. 

- Participate in Asia Internal Audits. 

- Conduct investigations, audits and evidence reviews of selected questionnaires and produce necessary reports and action plans. 

- Perform follow-up reviews on specific topics in entities. 

- Liaise with External Auditors as necessary. 

- Monitor the status of the Group Internal Audit recommendations and action plans, and update the reporting software on a timely basis. 

Track & manage risk factors for Asia (Risk)

- Perform risk assessments at country and project level (ex. post-acquisitions). 

- Analyze and finalize the risk map after assessment. 

- Follow-up on risk action plans. 

- Perform Environmental Risk Assessments. 

- Report the Risk Assessments to the Group Risk Department (and other related departments) on a regular basis 

Support the management of Group Controls

(Control)

- Manage, review, analyze and finalize the annual Control Assessment Process (CAP) with relevant parties. 

- Provide guidance to stakeholders in understanding CAP questions and their roles in the campaign. 

- Ensure timely submission of the Synthesis Letters to the Management and the Group 

- Follow-up on remedial action plans on the weaknesses identified in the CAP Campaign. 

- Review, analyze and finalize the biannual Fraud Report and follow-up on related actions. - Perform requested controls (expense claims, manual entries, sponsorship, commercial intermediaries, etc...). 

- Train employees in Group Controls (FOVI).

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- About 3 years or less similar career

- Language: Korean (Mother tongue), Fluent English. Japanese or Chinese will be a plus

- Capacity to work within an international team Asia wide, open minded to other cultures

- Analytical skills, pragmatism, writing skills, communication skills and/ or IT skills will be a plus
