• Reporting line : Manager in Singapore
• Location :  Seoul (Gangnam)
 
[필수요건]
• Degree or Master in Chemical Engineering / Material Science / Chemistry / Business Study
• Strong understanding of electronics market and related field in Korea
• Technical knowledge of silicone/engineering plastics, and understanding of customer base

Position Description:
The sales development professional is responsible for profitable growth of momentum business, and development of new markets for the assigned territory and market segments.
This includes:
• detail market study to uncover customer unmet needs,
• feedback the local market/application requirements to commercial and global segment leaders,
• implement major market strategies effectively,
• develop push/pull-based channel programs for distributors,
• maintain and enhance relationships within assigned accounts,
• serve as single point-of-contact for key customers,
• manage all aspects of account profiles (including performance history and customer forecasts),
• communicate business activities and results in a timely manner to management through sales reports,
• monitor competitor activity to formulate penetration strategy and preemptive measures. 
 
Desired Qualifications:
• Degree or Master in Chemical Engineering / Material Science / Chemistry / Business Study
• Strong understanding of electronics market and related field in Korea
• Technical knowledge of silicone/engineering plastics, and understanding of customer base
• Professional skills in channel / key account management, market study, data analysis, strategy formulation, business recommendations to management, effective presentation, and organizing successful business meetings
• Strong interpersonal skill and customer relationship building capability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Disciplined and self-motivated with good time management
• Proficiency in English and Korean languages (written and spoken)
• Possess a driving license.
