[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Sales performance management

- Manage sales by achieving sales goals with our owned stores

- Provide the data to plan accurate and realistic sales forecasts

- Make a sales promotion plan according to necessary to achieve the financial plan

- Manage and track retail KPI to drive weekly/monthly given target with action plan

Retail operations and support

- Maintain proper store operations in department stores and road shops

- Support trade marketing activities including VM

- Build retail KPI and train area managers and store managers with global retail guidance

- Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely manner

- Inform and share stores opening & closing, renewal, special sales events data and detail to internal stakeholders

Strong retail excellence and business partnership build-up

- Establish and maintain effective communication with store managers

- Plan store headcount and participate hiring process

- Build and maintain close working relationship with buyers of department stores

- Improve store employee’s performance

- Regularly gather voice of customer and improve customer experience for better performance through store/customer service training

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- 4 ~ 7 years of sales (owned store, department store, road shop) management experience 

- Prefer the experience apparel or footwear or fashion business

- Understand the market, customers and retail trends 

- Have effective communication skills

- Capable English communication skills
