* Position : Junior PM ~ PM

* Experience : 3년 이상(마케팅 경력 1년 이상 필수)

[Responsibilities]

Establish marketing strategies and programs in Oncology market

Lead & Maximize business performance in target market by embedding sophisticated marketing strategies

1. Marketing planning & execution

- Develop strategies and tactics to optimize sales potential and maximize return on investment

- Equip a long term perspective in addressing customers’ needs and apply the long term perspective in developing brand strategies

- Take an ownership of measuring and managing specific brand performance with SMART KPIs

- Perform developmental project based on analysis of primary and secondary data

- Mobilize and lead effective interactions with key functions and Partner Company for delivery brand’s strategy

- Regular communication with Partner Company to share long-term and short-term business plan

2. Key customer management

- Identify and cultivate speakers and MTLs group and keen relationship

- Provide physicians with updated highly scientific information on product & disease

- Shape physicians’ view on Oncology market, find unmet customer needs, and establish need for product

3. Scientific program support

-Develop key speakers to become strong advocates for the product & therapeutic class

-Lead scientific initiative to communicate with customers as a reliable partner

-Search & provide updated articles on the product and develop key messages

-Deliver MR product training

[Qualifications]

- +2 sales & marketing experience (Rare disease & Oncology business experience preferred), min. 1 years of marketing  

- Product launch experience preferred

- Pharmacist, Bioscience specialty preferred

- High level of communication skills

- Result orientation (ability to deliver on time and within budget)

- Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs)

- Pro-activity and willingness to initiative

- Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with external stakeholders

- Collaboration and teamwork

- Ability to communicate with Partner company in English
