Training Coodinator

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Prepare and operate training programs for distributors such as organization training,

venue reservation, training scheduling

- Follow up training execution and analysis of various data

- Develop training modules aligned with consulting firm

- Training program implementation and develop customized training program for distributors

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree

- 3~5 years’ experience in training department

(Preferable experience in insurance, banking and network marketing industry)

- Analytical and strategic thinking with project management and presentation skill

- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Very good planning and organizational skills

- Able to write a professional letter in English

- High motivation, social competence, creativity and flexibility thought

- Excellent computer skills (MS-Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Related Program)

- Fluent in Written & Spoken English(TOEIC Speaking Level 6)
