[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Planning the handling process of customer claim
- Customer consulting through the call, on-line & off-line
- Disposal of customer claim, refund and indemnification
- Insurance company management
- Risk management of a product
- Problem solving related to customer claim
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 4년제 졸업(식품영양, 바이오, 화학 관련 학과 우대)
- 고객서비스(불만/ A/S접수 등) 관련 2 ~8년 내외 경력(소비재관련 경력 필수)
- 소비자보호법, 제조물책임법(PL) 에 대한 이해
- 능숙한 대 고객 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 철저한 서비스 마인드
- 영어 가능자(토익 스피킹 Lv. 6 이상 혹은 비즈니스영어 원활하게 가능한 분)
