[RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. IT Planning (Strategy & Planning / Project)

- Assist in developing IT middle and long-term strategy plans

- Assist in assessing the company’s IT needs and recommending IT solutions and enhancements

- Participate in the development of the IT Roadmap and Action Plans

- Support the development of IT BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and DR (Disaster Recovery) Action Plans

2. IT Operational Management (Implementation & Operation)

- Responsible for the IT Service help desk process and escalation process

- Execute and Monitor daily IT/IS operational actions in system, backup and failure logging

- Execute implementation and deployment activities

- Execute recording and incident correction

- Handle IT operation incidents and recording

3. Business Engagement (Communication & Guidance for Other Departments)

- Communicate with stakeholders on new IT tools and service implementations

- Meet the needs for new IT tools and provide information

- Check for security of newly adopted applications and projects

4. IT Security Management (Security and Audit)

- Assist with IT regulations

- Contribute to IT security strategy and review of objectives

- Assist and monitor audit trails

- Support compliance with local legal regulations regarding IT operations

- Respond to dashboard notifications and resolutions

- Respond to the group's request of security tasks

- Conduct regular security scans of business applications and implement resolutions

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- 학력 : 학사 이상

- 전공 : IT 관련 전공자

- 경력 : 5년 이상

- 서버 및 네트워크 장비를 포함한 컴퓨팅 장비 관리에 대한 실무 지식 보유자

- ITSM (IT Service Management) 및 IT 보안 관련 지식을 바탕으로, 감사 및 컴플라이언스 대응 업무 수행이 가능한 자

- 영어 가능자
