[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Plan and execute digital-centric marketing campaigns to enhance brand preference and drive product sales

- Develop seasonal and product-specific campaign strategies, set KPIs, and analyze campaign effectiveness

- Localize global marketing campaigns into impactful, market-relevant strategies

- Manage integrated marketing initiatives across online and offline touchpoints

- Collaborate with internal teams, PR/digital agencies, and production vendors to develop creative assets

- Lead local campaign planning and execution, including content production and deployment

- Deliver strategic communication aligned with brand identity and seasonal direction

- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to generate innovative and engaging campaign ideas

[REQUIREMENTS]

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on marketing experience, with strong emphasis on digital campaign management

- Proven experience in planning and executing targeted digital marketing strategies

- Successful track record of driving consumer engagement through brand marketing activities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean

- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights

- Experience working with PR/digital agencies and content production teams

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with flexibility and accuracy

- Knowledge of performance marketing and data-driven campaign operations (Preferred)

- Strong sense of digital trends and the ability to generate creative, innovative ideas (Preferred)

- Prior experience in the sports or fashion industry (Preferred)
