Client Service Manager:
This position is available in our Sports business unit, supporting the existing clients in Korea.
This position will be located in our office in Seoul, Korea.

[Overall Responsibilities]
* Develop Our Sport Business in South Korea: identify new development opportunities and create
relationships with prospects
* Understand the big picture in clients’businesses, objectives and business issues, and proactively
identify opportunities to apply Our research to key issues
* Support the development of other businesses in South Korea by helping Management evaluate
specific industries in South Korea
* Manage clients’relationships, from responding to their requests and providing them with insightful
strategic and tactical advice
* Ensuring overall client satisfaction with service, data application, and deliverables by managing client
relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and to generate repeat business
* Evaluate how Our products and services can address client’s key business issues by working with
the client contact, senior management, and appropriate internal teams to develop or market
products to address these issues
* Expand the client base to include a broader mix of end users at accounts through the effective
demonstration of how Our data can help them accomplish their goals
* Fulfill internal financial and administrative requirements for budgets and forecasts
* Pro-actively involve Support departments to improve Our product offerings
* Manage one or two direct reports
* Ownership of the Product when it is fully mature

2. Job Requirements (Qualifications)
* 4~8 years experience in a client development capacity with a market research firm or equivalent
(TNS, Ipsos, GfK 등 global research firm 유경험자 우대)
* Background in consumer research services environment highly desired
* BA/BS or equivalent
* Excellent English and Korean both in writing and verbal communications
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Category management experience preferred
* Travel (typically 20-30%)
* Solid presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills, with solid knowledge of market research practices
* Ability to build and maintain close relationships with key influencers and decision makers
* Communicates effectively with all levels within customer organizations
* Demonstrated success in contract negotiations and account planning experience
* Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
