Sales & Marketing (국내영업)
 
1. Job Description
The Our Technology Analyst Business has a global team of experienced industry professionals
focused on the evolving electronical supply chain, solar, digital entertainment and mobile internet markets.
Our analysts’ trusted methodology is to survey, analyze, and report on each aspect of the
global supply chain and on end-users within all of the markets we cover.
The Korea sales organization is looking for a Sales Manager to be located in our Seoul office.
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new revenue from sales to new and existing clients
and for leading all significant sales initiatives involving consumer market research products and services,
which are primarily syndicated, but can include custom projects.
 
[Overall Responsibilities]
 
1) New Business Development
   * Identify potential new targets, key contacts, and drive sales activity to close the deals for new
     products
   * Utilize consultative selling approach to identify a prospect’s business issues and strategic initiatives,
     and recommend relevant program options
   * Develop and implement comprehensive account/sales plans for each prospect including
     understanding prospect’s organization, internal goals, objectives and business issues, and working
     with executive-level contacts
   * Support leads for consulting-related request/inquiries
 
2) Sales Account Management
   * Grow revenue of the existing accounts assigned, which will primarily be manufacturers
   * Work in conjunction with sales leadership to create sales goals and timelines for each account;
    prepare and follow-up on detailed proposals, which speak directly to customer needs; and negotiate
     agreements that are fair and equitable for both the client and Our company
   * Schedule regular meetings for the renewal process, presenting both existing and new report service
    status to the clients
   * Handle client daily inquires in a timely manner, and manage all issues/claims related to
    Our company subscriptions
   * Tactfully handle client requests and cooperate with analysts to support client requests
 
3) Marketing/PR Management
   * Develop and translate LCD/OLED Search press releases for report promotion
   * Manage LCD/OLED Search product briefs/web content in Korean, and direct required activities
   * Partner and implement direction and initiatives from corporate marketing and communication
    teams such as client satisfaction surveys, collecting feedback on reports, and service changes
   * Support marketing campaigns to promote new products and services as launched
 
4) Conference Management Support
   * Support assigned conferences by assisting with management planning and implementation, paid
    attendee recruitment, and related logistics
   * Support sponsors, and speakers’ processes for assigned clients’ categories
   * Implement promotional activities for conference based on agreed timeline
   * Handle post-event activities
 
2. Job Requirements (Qualifications)
   * 3~5+ years sales experience, with an established track record in B2B consultative solution-sales and
    achieving monthly sales goals
   * Experience in a service-oriented business and/or Market Research industry a plus; experience in
    selling custom research a strong plus
   * Experience in the LCD/OLED, TV brand, or telecommunications
     (mobile or fixed consumer communications/devices) industries a strong plus
   * Excellent negotiation skills, including the art of persuasion and creativity
   * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
   * Strong presentation and follow-up skills
   * Proven ability to provide timely and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis
    to aid in business measurement and planning
   * Proven ability to analyze customer needs and goals to assist in generating thoughtful, creative
    proposals that exceed customer expectations and expand revenue opportunities
   * Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
   * Must be able and willing to travel up to 30%
   * BA/BS degree
