[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Supplier Management & MRP Control

- Fully responsible for the entire process of strategic procurement: vendor selection and evaluation, maintenance of supplier’s database,

complaint handling and supplier controlling with primary focus on continuous product availability

- Work in strong collaboration with several internal departments such as MRP controlling, assembly, quality, marketing, and finance to plan,

schedule and monitor the availability and the movement of the materials

- Cost & supply managing the procurement of materials; packaging materials; branded marketing items; components of value added activities (labels, inserts, cartons)

Cost Analysis

- Control price increase appropriate portion of cost

- Negotiate and manage price, supply feasibility, delivery terms, floor stocking initiatives, manufacturing practices and other contracts as necessary to assure company policy

- Regularly review purchasing item’s justifiable price with standardized document or data

- Analyze & review all inventory & SC team overall purchasing cost rationalized in quality, lead-time variability, assured source of supply and market price

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree

- 6~7 years’ experience(At least 6 years’ experience in purchasing area)

- Well developed numerical understanding and analytical skills

- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill

- Pro-active, driven and accurate & good team player

- Certifications as purchasing professions preferred

- Product or industry-specific experience

- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of cost analysis

- SAP MM experience required

- Material Requirement Planning experience preferred

- Fluent in Written & Spoken English (TOEIC Speaking Level 6)

- Employee who was born after 1979

- Should be male candidate
