[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Operation Engineering

- Analyze problems to improve inefficient business process

- Drive process quality and operation improvement through data analysis

- Improve customer service and SC productivity by introducing advanced process and new technology

Quality Management

- Weekly plan for assembly process and finished products management

- Labeling and stock management

- Prepare working plan for the returned products

- Prepare standard operation procedures

- Keep necessary documents for quality control

- Renew products and subsidiary materials’ specification

Customer Complaints Management

- Monitor and check the status of daily returned products

- Manage inventory by SAP system

- Develop & implement procurement strategy for consumer products

- Try to minimize returned products

- Transfer customer complaints including exchange, omission, damage to the related team

- Communicate with headquarter for customer complaints report

Others

- Monthly closing

- Data management

- Audit process and reports from warehouse

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree

- 2~3 years’ relevant experience

(At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control area)

- Good command of MS Office (Especially, Excel and Power point)

- SAP MM experience must

- WMS, DPS experience preferred

- Well developed numerical understanding, analytical skills & attention to detail

- Customer service orientation

- Proactive, positive, innovative and collaboration mindset

- Good team player

- Experience with implementation of corrective action

- Product or industry-specific experience

- Knowledge of QA/QC

- Good written and verbal communication in English.
