[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Distributor strategy planning based on various statistical analysis of

KPI result and predictive analysis

- Strategic development of business programs and promotions for future project

- Performance management through KPIs, payout control, research

- New business program development & advising a group of market analyst

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree

(Preferred major in Business and Management Information System)

- 6~8 years of experience in relevant field

(Preferable experience in working with insurance company

- Good command of MS Office and OLAP

- Excellent communication skill

- Analytical and strategic thinking with project management and presentation skill

- Information gathering abilities

- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.

(TOEIC Speaking Level 6)

- Employee who was born after 1979
