[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for VOC, KPI, Monthly Service Review and etc
- Improvement of processes, management of service jobs
- Technical Support
- Management of ASP
- Planning of workshop for training
- Local ASP management & TPM
- Regional Communication
- Sales Support

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- BA or Above
- At least 15 - 18 years experience for dedicated service area
- Great communication and relationship builder
- Customer first and analytical thinking
- Leading and empowering people
- Achievement and results oriented
- Fluent English / Change Leadership /  Executive Disposition / Global Mindset / Strategic Planning
