[RESPONSIBILITIES]

MRP Controlling

- Demand and supply management of materials by analysis of stock status

- Communicate with headquarter and overseas office to manage critical reporting

- Prevent out-of-stock

- MRP management for domestic and overseas import

- MRP exception messages review

Customs Clearance

- Cost control for customs duty and additional tax

- Import and export clearance work

- COO documentation and report for FTA custom tariff

Vendor Management

- Make a contract with vendors and manage a written contract

- Regularly audit and assess vendors

- Find new vendors and the replenishment of the new and basic collection items

ETC

- Prepare monthly reports and global reports

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Univ. (4yr) degree

- 1~3 years’ experience

(At least 1 year experience in purchasing area)

- Good command of MS Office (Especially, Powerpoint)

- SAP MM experience must

- Well developed numerical understanding, analytical skills & attention to detail

- Good negotiation skill

- Pro-active, driven, accurate and good team player

- Certifications as purchasing professions preferred

- Product or industry-specific experience

- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of cost analysis

- Fluent in Written & Spoken English

(TOEIC Speaking Level 6)

- Employee who was born after 1982
