Leading Foreign Derivative finance trading company is seeking a 'Jr. Quant Trader' as follow

* Job Title:  Jr. Quant Trader

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Will price and trade financial products, build and maintain positions in derivatives and equities, improve models, and participate in risk management and trading methods
- Responsible for developing trade logic that automates the trading process
- Initial responsibilities will include assisting traders to do the following
  : Supporting Trader
  : Daily position management
  : Running automated trading strategy and tools
  : Researching and developing new trading strategies

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- University degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, statistics/economics or related field
- Work experience is NOT a must but passionate and genuine desire to program and work in financial market is critical
- Experience with the following is a plus:
  : Pricing and trading of equity, warrants and derivative products
  ; Exposure to at least one of these languages: C/C++, C#, Java, VBA, Python
  ; Experience with Database
- Innovative mind with a desire to create and improve cutting edge trading strategies and program
- Adequate English level
- Outgoing, communicative and willing to work in dynamic environment
- Competitive by nature and eager to win
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Quick and decisive thinker and able to deal well with pressure

** Junior traders are taught about derivatives pricing and markets, position management, and arbitrage strategies.
** They are also extensively trained in relevant trading software and information systems.
