[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- HR policy update and management
- Human capital management: SAP master data / Personnel data management
- SAP Management (OM&PA)
- ESS/MSS maintenance & reporting
- Update job profile and global JD project follow-up
- Job management
- Global job grading and title management
- Design or change pay policy & structure
- Implement payroll
- Tax refund process & Issue a salary statement
- Merit increase plan and implementation
- Salary survey & analysis
- Retirement pension program management
- Global incentive plan implementation
- Benefit program planning & management
- Promotion candidate and selection process management
- Pay reporting & documentation
- Scanning resume and interview arrangement
- Communicate with headhunters
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Univ. (4yr) degree
- 4~8 years’ experience
(At least 2years’ experience in compensation area)
- High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to details
- Updated knowledge of labor laws
- Proven analytically and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Good in Written & Spoken English
(TOEIC Speaking Level 6)
