A global leading IT company is seeking a ‘Marketing Manager’ as follow;

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Manage the full scope of marketing activities and strategic capabilities for the company
- Develop and/or contribute significantly to the overall marketing strategy of the company's products
- Manage product sales budgets and continually monitor actual product performance against forecasted sales
- Develop promotional/advertising strategies and collateral, often in conjunction with advertising agencies that are consistent with corporate image and objectives
- Co-ordinate all market research to ensure maximum target market intelligence
- Identifying new market opportunities and analyzing market competitor activity
- Play a significant role in product enhancement decisions
- Assist in the development of complex pricing and discount policies
- Provide product training to sales forces
- Creating product recognition product placement and lead generation
- Be responsible for marketing budget and creation of marketing plans
- Orchestrate above the line media advertising in mass media
- Working with Channel Sales Managers to develop sales promotions and incentives for channels
- Develop, monitor and manage incentive programs for Distribution Partners' sales staff
- Facilitate a Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program for distributors in the country and work with them to develop co-operative marketing that increases sales
- Oversee the development of corporate website, plus updates and communications materials
- Write press releases to attract media attention, product evaluations and potential awards
- Develop direct mail and print media campaigns for vertical markets & customers retention programs
- Organize trade shows and road shows through direct & indirect participations
- Management of the marketing website where dealers can customize vendor collateral with their contact details and their logo, plus download tools to help them sell the products
- Co-ordinate monthly e-newsletter to dealers and distributors
- Develop alliances with other IT vendors for cross-promotional activities
- Take charge of control to Marcom Manager, Channel Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Strong understanding on IT Channels
- Proven experience of building alliances and partnerships to drive marketing success
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate marketing opportunities at the local level
- Leadership & empowering people, team building skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills at senior management levels
- Exceptional project & time management skills with strong reporting and budgeting capability (+ advanced MS Excel)
- Strategic planning capability and analytical skills combined with a practical 'can do' approach
- Advanced presentation skills through MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Personal qualities sought are a high achievement & results orientation, initiative, a strong work ethic, an open and collaborative approach and a high degree of integrity
- Experienced marketing professional who can demonstrate a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategy within technology/consumer-based organizations
- Degree qualified, preferably in Marketing or Communications
- Sales skill and knowledge of Tier 1 channel partners
- Creativity, Forward-thinking and Mastery of the development and execution of marketing program
