Job Description
[Responsibilities]
1. Contract information management, including organizing the application procedure of contract

review, contract handover, uploading contract information into IT system, contract fulfillment
checking, supporting the inquiry for key contract information by other contract application
departments.
2. Monitor contract fulfillment performance status from PO receiving to cash collection including
goods shipment, delivery, acceptance, contract variation, billing, revenue, cash collection and

3. Establish risk management mechanism during contract fulfillment lifecycle including identifying,
tracing and solving key delivery risks, implementing closed-loop risk management, ensuring
the early identification and mitigation of contract risks.
4. Build up internal contract management process to match customer’s purchase to payment

[Requirements]
1. Bachelor degree or above in international trade, law, finance, economics, or equivalent,
with at least 3 years working experiences.
