[GR Manager]

 

1. Responsibilities:
 - Analysis whole business environment of Korea market. Make strategy plan of Government relations.
 - Maintain good connection and communications with main stakeholders of  Korea market
   o Build and implement a comprehensive communication strategy and communication platform
   o Build connection and communication with local related associations.
     Apply member of related associations.
   o Build connection with other stakeholders like university, consulting company..
 - Plan and implement CSR projects.
 - Improve the company’s public image and presence
 - Prime interface with all local authorities inquiries

 

2. Requirement for candidates:
 A. Experience:
  - Previous experience of corporate communication program for senior executives or management,
    telecom or IT industrial background preferred.
 B. Qualifications:
  - Familiar with best practices in External Communications
 C. industry background:
  - Telecommunications，IT, Electricity Industry preferred
  - Government, Authorities, Association experience
  - Legal or Law firm experience
  - PR Agency experience
 D. Education background:
  - University degree and at least 5-7 years of  public relations or telecommunications
 E. Language: 
  - Korean, English or Chinese
