A global leading foreign Industrial Company is seeking a 'Project Manager' as follows

* Job Title: Project Manager
* Position: Isa - Bujang
* Age: Early of 40's preferred
* Location:  Seoul

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Business Development
-Assess and develop investment opportunities through regular information/communication, market studies, financial analyses, due diligence exercises
-Enhance and maintain business relationship with existing company’s customers or potential clients
-Develop personal network with relevant parties to expand business field

 

Project Development
-Ensure compliance of the proposals with client’s requirements, local and national government legislation, group policies and procedures
-Develop project plans and budget (OPEX/CAPEX) and Project feasibility study
-Establish a project management schedule; ensure timely and qualified delivery
-Build up financial models by providing related information
-Coordinate with related departments and public authorities to solve project issues, and with technical service providers for technical expertise, design and feasibility
-Keep up with technological innovations, and maintain technical documentation available
-Take part in contracts negotiation
-Ensure a smooth handover to operation team
-Provide assistance for the starting-up of the operations

-Water Treatment에 관련하여 Technical Background 있으신 분
-Strong Sales Profile 보유자
-10년 이상의 경력
-연령대: 40대 초반 이상
-직급: 부장급 (Director까지도 가능함)
-수처리 Facility 운영 경험자 선호
-영어 가능자
