A foreign company is seeking a ‘Country HR Manager' as follow;
* Job Title: Country HR Manager
* Position: Bujang ~ Chajang
* Age:  40 ~ 45 years old
* Location: Seoul
 
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- To provide strategic Organizational and Leadership Development advice and Human Resources Management to the senior business leaders in related to day-to-day operations in South Korea
- To foster the employment climate of the country to anticipate and advice on how to respond to changes which will impact the overall country’s performance and business growth
- Responsible for providing a full spectrum of HR functions including Reward & Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Policy and Internal communications
- Act as business partner to management team and provide advices and solutions regarding HR matters
- Lead HR department to ensure company policies could be delivered effectively and consistently
- Manage Employee Relations matters, such as handling complaints, settle labor disputes, resolve grievance and conflicts, and compile reports
- Ensure the Company’s policies and procedures comply with AP local legislation and market practice
- Work cooperatively with other Shared Service divisions, including Administration, IT and Finance to ensure an integrated approach is taken in supporting the Company objectives
 
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- University Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline with minimum 10 years HR experience in which at least 5 years managerial experience
- Familiar with the local culture, customs, employment frameworks and regulations
- Proven track record in the management capacity of medium size human resources management team
- Capable to do approach with the energy and openness to adapt to new organization and challenges
- Credibility of achievements in creating and putting in place simple profitable HR changes in complex multi-site businesses
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Lateral thinker with good problem solving skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
