Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer

 

[Main Responsibilities]
1.To support Radio network planning & Optimization projects of LTE in Korea.
2.To provide: RF planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs),
  performance monitoring, Site engineering, Network audit  during different project phase.
3.As a interface to communicate with customer(Korea Operator) and assistant to RF manager.

[Main Requirements]
1.Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical,
  or related area.
2.At least 2 years of RF planning & optimization engineering experience
3.Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of  UMTS+HSPA ,WiMAX or LTE systems.
4.Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
5.Tools experience for: RF planning(Excel/Mapinfo etc), propagation models, RF optimization,
  protocol analysis, etc
6.Able to work well in a fast-paced changing and experience working with cross-cultural teams
  would be desirable.
7.Should be fluent in English.
