A global golf company is seeking a 'Sales Planning Assistant Manager' as follow;

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- To develop the business strategies and company goals based on sales analysis
- Lead consensus on sales, channel and product marketing to build business plan and rolling forecast
- Maximize profit through screening trade terms, PLC and margin structure
- Develop business target to set the Net Sales and Standard Margin target by products
- Set the channel and category target in conjunction with Sales target
- Report sales status in terms of channel and category profit
- Review all sales and product program to maximize business contribution
- Review sales strategies and plan how to achieve sales target more effectively
- Review trade term and P&L impact of sales and product activities
- Co-work with other department; Sales / Product marketing / Operation & Demand Planning / Finance

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- More than 5 years experience in sales or biz planning
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related
- Intermediate spoken and written English
- Excellent MS Office Skill
