A global leader in sports companies is seeking a 'Sales Representative' as follow;
* Job Title: Sales Representative
* Position: Daeri Level
* Experience: 3 ~ 5 years
* Location: Seoul (Gangnam)

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Business Performance and Sales Target:
- Drive and coach the sales team to achieve sales target
- Achieve budgeted Sales, standard margin and other KPIs
- Analyse market trends, customers information and develop action plans to achieve targets.
- Achieve DSO target and collect A/R properly
- Open new stores and expand B2B business.
- Manage the visual environment of store and upgrade the visual merchandising
- Manage trade show to increase indent order ratio
- Participate in planning & presenting monthly team meetings
- Work with Product team, Planning team and Logistics Dept in order to achieve sales targets
- Provide consumer's trends and retail feedback to sales related Dep'ts and teams.
- Implement systems and processes that allow us to capture all sales opportunities.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Minimum Sales 3~5 year working experience in Sales
- University degree or above
- Excellent MS Office Skill
- Intermediate written and spoken English
