One of european luxury fashion leaders is seeking a 'Retail Trainer (HR)' as follow;
* Job Title: Retail Trainer (HR)
* Position: Kwajang - Daeri
* Experience: 5 ~ 6 years
* Location: Gangnam (Seoul)
* Report to HR Manager (Korea)
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Identifies training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Manages the delivery of training and development programs
- Delivers effective induction programs for new hired.
- Conducts appraisals for Retail staff in cooperation with Retail Manager
- Assist HR Manager & Retail Manager in Retail staff interviews
- Assist HR Manager in Retail Staff related HR Issues
- Training coordination
- Support to HR related activities
- Link between HR & Retail team
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Detailed list of all the skills and abilities required for the role (seniority, technical skills, managerial skills, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role/ junior managerial level
- Previous experience in Retail industry will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Extrovert personality
- Good leadership skills
