* Position: Clinical Data Manager
* Department: Clinical Development Team
* Location: Songdo

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. Provide professional DM input on Clinical Trial Team(s); Input to and review of all data relevant documents and process from DM perspective to ensure high quality and consistent data.
2. Ensure that data collected will be consistent with the grant protocol and planned analyses
3. Maintain clinical trial data accuracy through interim cross check of database for completeness and consistency. Identify errors and inconsistencies; resolve them to ensure high quality.
4. Management of CRO in Data management activities
5. Freeze and lock data as appropriate in time for statistical review, blinded interim quality review, interim and final database lock.
6. Ensures that such data is transmitted securely and is consistent with other data collected in the clinical trial.
7. Establish and maintain sound working relationships and effective communication within the BS&DM team and with other business area

Short-Term Plan (2~3 years)
- CRO Data management process oversight and Quality check for SB2
- Inhouse Data quality check plan and execution across the study

Long Term Plan (4~5 years)
- Take more biosimilar products as data manager
- Setup standard Inhouse DM work process
- Provide professional DM input

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, or information technology
- Over 7 years clinical data management experiences in clinical research industry
- Minimum 6 years clinical data management experiences in pharmaceutical companies
- Comprehensive technical and business knowledge
- Familiarity with database languages like SQL and analytical language like SAS
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accurate, well-organized, sincere, discreet and honest characteristics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Able to take initiative and work independently.
