A global leading IT solution company is seeking a ‘APAC Implementation Manager’ as follow;

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Responsible for enabling, supporting, and assisting Partner implementation, including coordinating and leading enablement activities, of the company Platform activities from the beginning of the Partnership.
Implementation Managers will manage the Partner enablement and implementation and provide best practice consulting with respect to company Platform design.
Implementation Managers will be also responsible for planning and coordination of all project related activities and issues management, and act as the client liaison to Project Teams.
In addition to implementation management responsibilities, the role will have comprehensive knowledge of the system functionality and achieve on-time, quality delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Serve as primary contact to manage Partner accreditation activities for assigned Partners
- Coordinate all Partner training and enablement activities
- Coordinate discussions with Partners to support development, revision or review of their standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for change management initiatives for company Clinical Cloud implementation
- Manage all delivery aspects of the project, including resource requirements, budget awareness, timeline management, scope management, quality and communication of changes to customer expectations
- Provide functional leadership to the internal project teams and company Platform study design consultation to external clients and Partners
- Provide best practices consulting and implementation processes for company Platform study design and configuration
- Provide consulting support on gathering specification documents, and develop specifications per study protocol
- Provide configuration support as needed for eCRF and edit check development and QC activities with internal delivery groups to meet client requirements and deliverables on-time
- Manage issue resolution and escalation following company best practices and methodologies
- Provide UAT support and deployment support for go-live
- Communicate project plans, status and issues on a regular basis to team members and management
- Conduct process optimization and enablement workshops for company Clinical Cloud adoption
- Be recognized as the subject matter expert in Rave and supporting Rave modules
- Work with functional departments to ensure proper project integration
- Ensure sign-offs on all project deliverables and ensures quality of deliverables
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- BA/BS required; major in Life Sciences or Computer Science strongly preferred
- 2 years of business analysis and/or technical project management experience preferred
- 5 years of combination of clinical, data management and/or related EDC implementation experience preferred
- Strong Korean/English communications (verbal and written skills) are required
- Ability to translate customer business requirements and/or protocol into specifications or directly into EDC systems preferred
- Excellent issue recognition and problem solving skills required
- Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to achieve results required
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and organizational skills required
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide team leadership required
- Excellence with MS Office Suite ? Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Experience with MS Project or similar Project Management tool required
- Ability to travel 25-50% domestic/international required
- Command of native Korean and business level English required.
