In-depth understanding of Retail business and proactive attitude to business support.
Self-motivated, proactive attitude and problem-solving ability
POS system experiences and knowledge to install and maintain POS systems.
Network and Server technology (TCP/IP, VMware, Backup system, Active Directory, Terminal Service, VPN, etc)
MS Active Directory and MS-office knowledge and experiences.
Good documentation skills
Over intermediate level of spoken and written English proficiency
Good communication skills and teamwork

Support new store openings and maintain opened stores.
Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructures(Server, Network, POS, PDA, PC, etc)
Manage and troubleshoot business applications development and operations.
Document issues, troubles, reports, etc.
Install, Configure and support PCs as well as providing end-user supports
