One of foreign pharmaceutical company is seeking a 'Compliance Manager' as follow;

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for ensuring all of the ethical business practices aligned with company's Code of Business Conduct and pharmaceutical industrial Code of Conducts as the company is intent on constantly demonstrating the commitment to being a trusted and respected company
- Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance/legal guidelines and procedures related to sales/marketing activities
- Review and monitor promotional activities and departments’ business proposals in line with compliance policies cross-functionally.
- Handle daily compliance related inquiries
- Support in managing various compliance projects in conjunction and in coordination with HQ and/or Korea Legal Affairs
- Report any cases against the policies to the management team and be the member of dispute council.
- Lead internal compliance training on code of ethics, industry guidelines and internal policies on routine basis.
- Update and revise internal codes when necessary for circulation.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 10 yrs working experience required
- Prior work experience in pharmaceutical industry with working knowledge of KRPIA Code of Conduct is strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in oral and written English (preferably a bi-lingual in Korean and English)
