[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Contribute to effective business management 
- Responsible for overall corporate KPI management including planning, setting, implement and monitoring. 
- Monitoring business operation with KPI and report to management on regular basis. (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)
- Support business lines for KPI set, modification and competency development 
- Contribute to organizational structure improvement and R&R refinement. 
- Communicate with related party
- Assist management council operation 

Support corporate strategy planning 
- Support mid/long term strategy planning including annual business plan 
- Assist budget planning according to the business plan 
- Provide proper communication to related department

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Univ. (4yr) degree
- 1~3 years’ experience
- Strong communication skill
- Strong Analytic, Logical and strategic thinking
- Excellent OA(PowerPoint, Excel) skills
- Fluent in Written & Spoken English (TOEIC Speaking Level 7 or above
