Job Description
-Monitor sales performance vs the budget/targets
- Monitor local trading environment and trends
- Develop the brand's business in Korea
- Communicate with retail staffs
- Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, mobility and training
- Propose store layout adjustments as needed to ensure commercial efficiency
- Manage existing store network projects: expansion, renovation, relocation, closure, etc
- Participate in lease negotiations with landlords
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the stores
