[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Develop innovation strategy to explore new business model and service for enhanced customer experience.
New business and service model planning, implementation and project management
- Seize the new business opportunities by insightful watching over external trend and customer behavior changes
- Develop and implement new business and service model for enhanced customer value
- Close communication with management and relevant teams.
- Project management
Find and implement strategic initiatives based on customer centric innovation process
- Develop innovation strategy based on customer value and corporate strategic direction
- Establish customer experience journey with behavioral scenario, issue findings and context analysis
- Implement and manage initiatives, communicates closely with relevant teams
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Univ. (4yr) degree
- 5~9 years’ experience
(Min. 3 years’ planning experience is required, Having digital marketing/ IT service planning, retail sales planning experience is preferable)
- Strong analytic and logical thinking
- Familiarity with problem solving and result driven performance
- Process improvement, change management techniques
- Excellent OA(PowerPoint, Excel) and big data analysis skill
- Fluent in Written & Spoken English
