<Position Overview>
Finance Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager [FP&A Assistant Manager] is responsible for overseeing planning & controlling function. This position reports to the FP&A Team Leader of Korea and is working very closely with Finance Director of Korea. This Position set up for 5 year business master plan and on yearly basis plan. And prepare and analysis about variance between forecast and actual data report would be done every month.
As multi-national company, FP&A assistant Manager also has a functional line to regional FP&A Manager in APAC to ensure alignment of finance priorities and objectives.

 

<Scope of Job>
1. Set up for Business Plan – Yearly, Ad hoc update
- FP&A basically set up for 5YP budget plan reflected by sales strategy and global vision and helps Korea and Global directors decide properly.
 - Prepare strategic and operating business plans including monthly rolling forecast. (refer to No.3)

2. Analyze Actual Financial Statement & EBITDA - Monthly
- Check out the company’s financial status and analyze issues for achieve goals.
- Coordinate each financial items with Sales, COGS, OPEX, Tax, and other items.
- Give advice to the each account in-charge person to correct errors if any.
- Variance analysis between 5 Year budget and Actual on monthly basis.
- Monthly financial statement reporting package with variance analysis  reported to Global manager (APAC, USA)
- Understanding and Analysis for consolidation Financial Statements is needed.

3. Analyze Forecast financial Statement & EBITDA - Monthly
- Check out the company’s financial status and analyse issues for achieve goals.
- Coordinate each financial items with Sales, COGS, OPEX, Tax, and other items.
- Give advice to the each account in-charge person to correct errors if any.
- Variance analysis between 5 Year budgets, Actual & Forecast on monthly basis.
- Monthly financial statement reporting package with variance analysis reported to Global manager (APAC, USA)
- Understanding and Analysis for consolidation Financial Statements is needed.

4. Cash Management Template Report - Monthly
- Check out the company’s financial status and material event to affect the cash flow.
- Prepare the cash inflow and outflow plan on a monthly basis in accordance with business strategy, accounting issues, tax matters, funding activity and etc.

5. Manage the Financial Statements Numbers in the Global Reporting System, BPC – Monthly, Quarterly, Ad hoc
- Check out actual, forecast and 5 year plan financial statements and upload those financial statements in the global reporting system, BPC, on a monthly basis and update ad hoc.
- Data migration and data upload for BPC 10 new launch should be done with other team members, quarterly.

 

<Skills / Qualifications / Experiences>
- Bachelor Degree, Accounting or business management.
- Working experience in multi-national company
- 6 to 9 year accounting and planning experience
- English – Professional level who can have a meeting with foreigners
- Good accounting skill and knowledge on IFRS and Korea Tax Law
- MBA or certification - Preferred
