[RESPONSIBILITIES]
뷰티 트레이닝’으로 주로 고객 접점의 내부 직원 (WIC, 콜센터 등) 교육 및 회원 대상의 메이크업, 스킨 캐어 관련 교육, 제품 교육 및 매뉴얼 개발

Plan & Implement training program for Product & Brand Marketing
- Training program planning and execution to distributors according to the marketing strategy and process of makeup, beauty device, and skincare brand
- Develop esthetics/spa-specialized training program in connection with new brand shop operation
- Update and create training contents on regular basis
- Suggest innovative marketing communication strategy in terms of various customers interaction
- Collect, analyze and manage training-related data/condition/result for improving training quality
- Support senior training coordinator
 
Consulting manual development and training for internal staff
- Product consulting manual development for customer consultation by internal staff
- Training execution in order to improve counseling ability of store staff
 
Product Marketing Support
- Product marketing strategy support
- Market trend monitoring
- Sales-aid development support
- On/Off line Marketing communication and events support

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 관련 경력은 최소 2년 최대 5년
- 메이크업, 미용 기구, 에스테틱, 스파, 스킨 캐어 관련 경력 후보자 우대
- 관련 지식이 있는 임상 연구원 출신도 지원 가능
- 뷰티 관련 학과 출신 선호
- 4년제 대학 졸업자이면 서울, 지방 상관 없이 지원 가능
- 남녀무관
- 나이는 1985년 이후 출생자
- 외향적 성격의 소유자로 프리젠테이션 스킬이 뛰어난 후보자 선호
- 영어 능력은 토익 스피킹 Level 5 이상 후보자로 Writing & Reading 수행 가능자 선호
- Speaking이 원활하지 못하더라도 반드시 Writing & Reading 가능해야함
