A global leading IT solution company is seeking a ‘Pre-Sales Specialist' as follow;

[PURPOSE]
- Demonstrate comprehensive software platform and communicate the value of the company to customers and prospects
- Work closely with sales people in Japan to provide the product expertise and industry knowledge that is critical to company's success

[MAIN DUTIES]
- Participate in customer needs analysis discussions
- Prepare standard or custom demonstration environments
- Participate in product demonstrations and/or booth support activities at trade show events
- Assist in application and/or technical product demonstrations
- Conduct web-based product seminars
- Assist in preparation of professional services estimates for inclusion in formal customer proposals
- Participate in completion of application and/or technical RFI/RFP responses
- Support effective transition of new accounts to Professional Services team
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Knowledge of computer usage in a web-based environment
- Solid analytical and technical skills
- Good understanding of clinical data management applications and/or concepts is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exposure to clinical trial software or equivalent experience in other enterprise systems preferred
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and enjoy being in front of customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Command of Native Korean with business level English.
- Travel to the US (New York) will be less frequent but is also expected.
- Bachelors Degree in the Life Sciences, Business or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 3 years experience in clinical development (at a clinical trial sponsor or executor, CRO, or vendor)
- At least 1 year experience in a pre-sales or sales position.
