<Position Overview>
- Responsible for overall management of human resources of Korea Entity by supporting senior leadership team (Korea Leadership Team, KLT), developing/driving corporate/local cultures, and leading post-integration process for organizational transformation process.
   ~ Understanding post-Integration (via M&A) HR practice
   ~ Ensuring talent planning for organizational transformation
   ~ Having overall HR Management Experience with various infrastructure from manufacturing, R&D and commercial organization where SFE is strategically highlighted

<Scope of Job>
- Fine-tuning / leveraging HR policies, practices, SOPs and procedures in compliance with local labor laws & regulations and global policies for implementation
- Refine and manage HR / Company SOPs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Strategic organizational development
   ~ Collaborate with global / functional leaders for local organizational development.
   ~ Ensure local organizational structure development fully aligned with global/functional matrix organization
   ~ Cultivating high-performing and performance driven organization and cultures
- Budget and monitor personnel cost and HR department cost which is aligned with company’s 5 year plan
   ~ Be accurate by using data to drive business communication for human capitals and organization
   ~ Strategically drive HC plan and budget by reading labor market trends
   ~ Recruiting management
- Talent Development / Management
   ~ Retain top talent by planning and aligning with global academy strategies
   ~ Local program development in various aspect
- Company Culture Drive
   ~ Drive global cultural activities
   ~ Local social contribution activities control and management
   ~ Proactively work and manage potential ER issues and foster a positive working environment
   ~ CBA negotiation with labor union
- HR Team management to ensure team members are motivated and developed

<Skills / Qualifications / Experiences>
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a human resources role, with a minimum of 5 years’ in a managerial position
- Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Human Resources or other related business administration field
- Knowledge in labor law and related regulations in Korea
- Integration (post-M&A) experience
- Pharmaceutical / manufacturing industry experience
- HR Manager with more than 200 HC management
- Strong communication skills in Employee relations
- Global matrix organization experience with proven history of building strong relationships
- Language proficiency in both English and Korean
- Change management and team work with excellent prioritization skills
- Able to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and integrity
- Effective leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of overall HR policies and processes
- High level of energy and proactivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated business-based mindset through delivery of human resources services
