<Position Overview>
- Provide an independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of a company’s operations, specifically its internal control structure.
- Conduct compliance and operational audits, offering solutions for weaknesses in internal controls and verifying that all laws and regulations are upheld.

<Scope of Job>
- Develop a full understanding of business process and formal document process (descriptive and flowcharts).
- Perform the full audit cycle including conducting risk and control assessment as well as evaluating operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Develop a risk-based audit program.
- Prepare quarterly report summarizing the audit findings and recommendations, and report to company CEO/BOD.
- Review the current internal control design and recommend appropriate changes.
- Providing ad hoc advice and guidance to managers and staff as needed.
- Closely work with APAC regional internal auditor to develop the annual audit scope, plan and program.

<Skills / Qualifications / Experiences>
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, relevant laws and regulations applied to public companies.
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and multi-task.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, through public accounting/auditing and pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- CPA preferred.
