[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- 국제표준 규격에 따라 EMC/RF 테스트 및 오디오, 비디오 등 무선제품 인증업무
- Formulate and implement policies and strategic planning of the EMC team.
- Lead the team to head for quality improvement and productivity improvement.
- Be responsible for manpower planning, development and upgrading of staff within the team.
- Keep close contact with customers and industries to look for opportunity for business development.
- Coordinate with various teams within the company with regards to test specification, procedures, results and services to our customers.
- Maintain the quality system according to the requirements of the accreditation bodies and the company
- Implement the Safety and Health Policy of the company.
- Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Provide coaching and training to leaders and engineers in EMC team.
- Review and approve test results and report.
- Handle special enquiries, requests and complaints from customers.
- Prepare budget and exercise control on expenses within the team.
- Perform any job-related duties as required

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering.
- Be familiar with EMC/RF testing and certification business according to international standards/regulation, good EMC/RF technical experience and background on audio, video, telecom, IT, wireless products, strongly development ability to new business.
- Above 10 years experience in electrical industry, at least 3+ years in management experience in leading an engineering team, especially in project handing, testing planning, reporting, analyzing testing results, contacting to laboratories and discussing with customers for necessary improvements.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under strong pressure.
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication skill and good management skill.
