Sales Manager
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Maintain the dominant position in vitamin market and develop new business opportunities with vitamins
- Develop business opportunities with newly launched products through our strong business network with customers
- Take over M&A business and execute the integration process with our current business frame
a) Key areas of accountability/responsibility
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities of vitamins and functional ingredients to food companies
- Regular visit to customers to maintain the current MS as well as to get additional opportunities on customers’ new product and business plan
- Regular visit to customers to maintain the relationship with key persons of customers as well as to build up intelligence network to get the information in customers and the market
- Provide technical support to the customers and manage to customer’s complains
- Keep updated on the relevant information such as regulations, patents, and papers to support the customers as well as HQ
- Contact relevant government officials such as KFDA to register new products as well as to improve the regulatory environment
- Support HNH manager and HQ in the issues of planning, budgeting, sales & marketing, and market survey
b) Authorities
- Propose the selling price of the products for accounts on the agreed with Region APAC.
- Propose yearly sales budget and specific projects to grow MS as well as to penetrate new products into market place quickly on the agreed with HNH manager.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor of science in food engineering or microbiology or pharmacy or the related area of life science
- Has technical knowledge of life science materials and laws/regulations in food, pharm industry
- Excellent oral and written communications skills to convince customers and solving any problem with customers
- Have commercial knowledge of international and local trade rules and the procedures of customs clearance
- 7-10 years of sales and marketing experience for multi-national companies in a relevant industry
- Good communication skill with customer is preferred
- The experience of working in global companies is preferred
