[Position Overview]
To develop and implement the planning processes to support and maximize the effectiveness of the Sales Force.
[Responsibilities]
1. Set up Performance Tracking System
A. Development of sales targeting & tracking system by product
B. Sales forecasting for implement of budget and production planning
C. Set up targeting & tracking SOP
D. Generate quantitative and qualitative analysis on KPIs of sales activities with CRM system
E. Management of tracking source & Market data analysis
2. Establish Compensation Programs & Design
A. Development of incentive scheme & design
B. Planning of compensation programs by period and product
C. Organization of annual incentive meeting
3. Lead SFE Projects
A. Set up sales and market data of major TOP 100 hospitals (KPIs)
B. Customer targeting & segmentation by potential factor
C. Establishment of dashboard(overall sales data by product & channel)
D. Participation of CRM system launch
E. Management of market survey(customer satisfaction & loyalty)
F. Overall SFE process management
G. Communicate with others cross-functionally
4. Sales Training
A. Management of “Coaching for excellence” for sales organization effectiveness
B. SFE training for sales representatives, district sales managers, and product managers
[Qualifications]
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Over 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industries
- Familiar with SFE system
- Project Management Skill
