An International pharmaceutical company is seeking an ‘Oncology Product Manager' as follows;
[Overview]
Lead the development of ONCO product related Marketing plan and activities in liaison with sales MR and Team Leader and with relationship with Key opinion leaders
[Location]
- Seoul
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Develop Oncology marketing activities in order to meet marketing strategy and objective
- Deliver profitability by managing Oncology sales target and marketing budget
- Establish and launch oncology product Marketing plan
- Manage and control Marketing budget for effective cost utilization
- Develop and deliver oncology marketing promotional materials
- Find out customer needs in liaison with Sales MR and Sales Team Leader
- Ensures completion of market analysis and monitor competitive activities
- Make collaboration with MR and sales team leader to deliver effective marketing activities
- Build relationship with Key opinion Leaders and monitor Market practice
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- University degree or above, preferred Major in Bio-related / Science degree
- More than 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
- More than 3 years of experience in oncology area
- Familiarity with the market situation and competitors in Korea
- Strategic, Analytical, Planning abilities, coupled with strong execution ability
- Strong team leadership, with a track record of coaching and developing direct reports
- Excellent communication, collaboration & negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
