 * Job Title:  Oncology Sales

* Position: 차장 ~ 대리

* Gender:  Male or Female

* Location:  서울 (6명 채용 예정), 부산 (1명), 광주 (1명), 대전 (1명), 대구 (1명) = 총 10명

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

• - Visit dealers and growers to execute sales based on sales SOP to accomplish yearly branch
• sales target
• - Manage sales and bill collection to achieve branch profit target
• - Monitor competitors’ activities and market situation for development of branch sales
• strategies which meet local customer needs
• - Deliver scientific information on the product including therapeutic indication, disease states and
• latest clinical data
• - Go on with subsidy business to promote sales volume
• - Set target and implement push activities with branch field marketing for the purpose of new
• market and new products to reflect the specific local needs and situations
• - Support company hosted medical events (symposium, round table meeting, booth exhibition,
• etc.) to help customers get the product related medical information
• - Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and Pharmaceutical ethical business practices

[QUALIFICATIONS]

• - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in university hospital channel.
• - Oncology product experience more than 3 years. (Especially experience in Hormonal Therapy and Cytotoxic Agent preferred)
• - University degree or above, preferred Major in Bio-related / Science degree
• - Skill and knowledge of territory planning, sales analysis and sales excellence.
• - Ethical practice of sales and promotion under the code of conduct
• - Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
