* Job Title: IT Helpdesk
* Title: Daeri - Gwajang
* Location: Gangnam (Seoul)
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Server, Network Administrator
- Vendor management
- End user trouble shooting support: Helpdesk Management (End user computing)
- DRA Account and Resource Management (HQ Personnel account and email setting)
- HQ PC (Desktop & Laptop & Server) Management
- Store (Agency & Department store) POS & Laptop management
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Good command of English for reporting
- Over 3 years experience
- Bachelor Degree in relevant major
- Experience in EUC & Helpdesk preferred
- Experience in Global Company Support preferred
